Content Development and Quality Executive
(Fixed Term Contract)

Role Purpose:
Operating in a fast-moving environment the CDQ Executive will have full responsibility for the implementation/maintenance and most importantly accuracy of our supplier’s content on our booking engine. You will drive improvements in how we maintain/automate the flow of information between our suppliers and CarTrawler. You will also support management on the delivery of content related projects internally and externally. 
 
Reporting to: Head of Supply Product and Operation 

Main accountabilities and key tasks:

  • Responsible for uploading and maintaining all supplier content into our database. 
  • Management of a diverse workload and building relationships with suppliers 
  • Ensure content availability is maximized across all relevant markets, giving our Trading team the ability to compete globally. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in CDQ. 
  • Proactively collaborate with Customer Centre of Excellence (CCE) on reducing real time Customer issues ensuring any issues are resolved in a forward-thinking way.  
  • Function as main point of contact for all departments within the business for supplier content queries/issues.  
  • Maintain the CDQ and Supply inbox.  
  • Maximize value added offering from key suppliers/markets based on business requirements. 
  • Build cross-functional relationships with relevant teams promoting best practice through automation. 

Critical Interfaces:

  • Car Supply Teams – daily liaison with relationship mangers to ensure suppliers needs are being met. 
  • Customer Centre of Excellence – regarding any supply related customer issues 
  • Product – liaison with Product and P&T teams to ensure any technical issues can be resolved in a timely and productive manner. 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 2/3 years’ experience in a Content Development and Quality Executive position
  • Knowledge of the car rental industry is desirable.  
  • History of successfully managing and prioritising your own workload with the highest level of accuracy  
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment. 
  • Ability to spot inefficiencies and areas for process improvement and make changes in line with this.  
  • Ability to make quick and definitive decisions on a daily basis based on the information available at the time. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills  
  • Proficient with Excel, previous experience with Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Salesforce an advantage
