Real-Time AI
We have designed and developed a suite of bespoke AI algorithms driven by machine learning and domain expertise for the purposes of car pricing, insurance pricing, recommended ordering and fraud detection in order to optimise trading performance. These models are accessed real-time by our booking engine allowing us to provide the most relevant content to the customer, based on live information.
Analyse Real-Time Customer Data and Applicable Insight
Understanding your customer is our job. We do that through analysing and interpreting the vast quantities of data we collect relating to the customer journey and experience. We use Snowplow to tag every interaction the customer makes on our pages plus we record every product shown to the customer – more than 500 million daily.
