Loyalty Program Manager

Role Purpose 

The Loyalty Program Manager is accountable for growing the revenue of loyalty integrations by delivering: 
New/Enhancedloyalty agreements with our active partner base 
A roadmap of price and sort model A/B tests across loyalty traffic 
Increase the number and performance of car rental loyalty touchpoints (cross-sells, CRM) 

Main Accountabilities and Key Tasks 

  • Coordinate internal resources to plan for, pitch, and sign new loyalty agreements with our Partners. 
  • Advise on financial inputs in the formation of loyalty-based commercial frameworks. 
  • Work with cross-functional counterparts to strengthen revenue potential from loyalty integrations (Supplier rates, pricing levers, front-end features, reports & insights). 
  • Lead planning and delivery of price and sort A/B tests across active loyalty integrations. 
  • Track and communicate the performance of loyalty integrations to stakeholders across the business. 
  • Bring knowledge of loyalty market and partnerships to inform and motivate teams across CarTrawler to build a market-leading loyalty proposition. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, working to clear plans, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Alongside the Partnerships team, create and input key data and reports for partner meetings and reviews  

Knowledge and Experience 

  • 3-5 years in a similar role with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Ability to understand financial and commercial indicators and use data insights to drive performance improvements. 
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors. 
  • Excellent relationship development and negotiation skills, capable of influencing others.

Nice to have 

  • Experience working in the travel industry.  
  • Experience managing or reporting on the performance of a loyalty program. 
  • Experience using Tableau to read and interpret data. 

 Critical Interfaces

  • Partner relationship managers and commercial managers – Work with team members to create a pipeline of partners with the potential to launch/optimize loyalty integrations and add loyalty touchpoints.  
  • Commercial analysts, revenue management, and supply teams – Collaborate to optimize revenue and conversion from pricing and sort A/B tests. 
  • Commercial and Product Marketing – Align on loyalty proposition including commercial frameworks and product capabilities in order to win new partnerships and grow loyalty offerings.
