Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, drive partner success, and contribute to business growth. You will work within a cross-functional squad, collaborating with engineering, design, insights, and commercial teams to develop and optimise products that align with business objectives. You will have a deep understanding of our partners, customers, and suppliers, translating insights into impactful product solutions.
Reporting to: Head of Product
Main Accountabilities and Key Tasks:
- Product Development & Delivery: Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
- Market & Customer Insights: Understand market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, using data-driven insights to shape product strategy.
- Roadmap & Prioritisation: Identify opportunities to enhance product performance and drive business impact through clear prioritisation and roadmap management.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and execution.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key product KPIs, ensuring initiatives are delivering measurable impact.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Advocate for continuous product improvement, leveraging insights, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive innovation.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure product initiatives align with CarTrawler’s overall strategy, contributing to revenue growth and improved partner/customer experiences.

- Communication & Influence: Strong ability to communicate product decisions, rationale, and updates effectively across technical and commercial teams.
- Product & Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of modern product discovery and agile delivery methodologies.

- Customer & Market Focus: Experience in using customer insights and market analysis to shape product strategy.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of key business metrics and ability to align product decisions with commercial objectives.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across different business areas.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals and market trends into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
