The Role: 
As a Total Rewards Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing various aspects of our compensation and benefits programmes. From conducting market research to ensure competitiveness to implementing incentive plans, your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll analyse data, identify trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our total rewards offerings.

Your Responsibilities: 
- Operationalise and implement total rewards strategies aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices. 
- Administer compensation programmes, including base salary structures, variable pay, and equity-based incentives. 
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyse compensation trends and ensure market competitiveness. 
- Analyse and interpret data related to employee compensation and benefits, providing insights to inform decision-making. 
- Administer the annual salary review process by managing spreadsheets, analysing market positioning, ensuring pay equity, and administering the budget spend in accordance with rewards principles. 
What we would like you to have:
- Proven experience in total rewards administration, with a focus on compensation  
- Knowledge of compensation principles, including salary structures, incentive programmes and equity-based compensation 
- Familiarity with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. 
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making. 
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with HRIS are essential 
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
