CarTrawler Customer Satisfaction Awards 2019

Dublin, Ireland, 7th November 2019: CarTrawler, the leading B2B provider of car rental and mobility solutions to the travel industry globally, has announced the winners of its annual Customer Satisfaction Awards 2019. These awards are an annual event and acknowledge and commend the efforts of independent and global car rental suppliers in raising customer satisfaction levels, with the awards based on geographic location and supplier type. From over 1,600 car rental suppliers, the winners were narrowed down based on nine location-based categories.

Customer Satisfaction is measured based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of car rental suppliers. The award winners were chosen based on this metric which comprises of direct feedback from customer surveys. The awards were presented by CarTrawler’s Chief Commercial Officer, Michael Nolan, during CarTrawler’s Annual Winter Conference in Powerscourt Hotel.

CarTrawler is honoured to congratulate the following winners: 

  • Best European Location, Individual Supplier – Guerin, Porto Airport
  • Best European Location, Global Supplier – Budget, Stansted Airport
  • Best American Location, Global Supplier – Alamo, Miami Airport
  • Best Australasian, Middle East and Africa Location, Individual Supplier – Bargain Car Rentals, Brisbane Airport
  • Best Australasian, Middle East and Africa Location, Global Supplier – Europcar, Cape Town Airport
  • Worldwide Supplier Location of the Year 2019 – Dollar, Mallorca Airport

CarTrawler’s Customer Centre of Excellence staff also chose winners who exemplified outstanding excellence in customer service. Winners were announced in two overall categories:

  • Outstanding Service Award, Individual Supplier – Sicily by Car
  • Outstanding Service Award, Global Supplier – Enterprise Alamo
