What you’ll do as a Corporate Supply Manager

    • Own and develop strategic relationships with key corporate car rental suppliers, building trusted partnerships that support long-term growth and shared success.
    • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, including incentives, annual agreements and strategic opportunities that deliver value for CarTrawler and our suppliers.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen pricing, availability, content and distribution, using market insights and performance data to drive action.
    • Work with suppliers to develop promotions, demand-driving initiatives and new approaches that improve performance and customer experience.
    • Collaborate across Product, Revenue, Insurance, Partnerships, Finance and Supply teams to turn corporate supply priorities into successful initiatives.
    • Represent CarTrawler in supplier meetings, industry events and conferences, strengthening relationships and bringing external insight back into the business.

What you’ll bring to the team

    • 3+ years’ relevant experience in supplier, account or commercial relationship management, ideally within travel, car rental, mobility or another industry where strategic supplier or client partnerships are critical to business success.
    • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience developing trusted, long-term partnerships and driving supplier performance and commercial growth.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience supporting or leading negotiations, identifying growth opportunities and securing mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
    • Strong analytical capability and level of numeracy, with the ability to interpret data and market insights, identify opportunities and translate findings into actionable plans that improve supplier performance, commercial outcomes and the customer experience.
    • Highly self-directed and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and a proactive, can-do approach to identifying opportunities and seeing initiatives through from idea to delivery.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, balancing urgency and importance while maintaining progress across different workstreams.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across teams such as Product, Operations, Revenue, Finance and Partnerships to deliver initiatives and achieve shared goals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage a range of internal and external stakeholders and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
    • A collaborative and innovative mindset, actively contributing ideas, sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities to improve processes, commercial outcomes and supplier relationships.
    • Knowledge of the car rental, travel or mobility industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
