Role Purpose:
Responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets and crafting engaging content that enhances the user experience and drives marketing performance.
Develop cohesive digital campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Digital Design and Creative Development:
- Support the design and creation of high-quality digital assets, including graphics, videos, motion graphics, and interactive media, to support marketing campaigns and enhance user experience.
- Design UI elements and visual content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Apply design thinking to create visually engaging content for loyalty programs and CRM campaigns, using innovative techniques to increase user engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Develop multimedia content, such as animations and video clips, to support digital marketing initiatives and product promotions.
- Create visually engaging presentations and collateral that effectively communicate product capabilities and marketing messages.
- Enable digital marketing teams such as CRM to utilise copy creation tools and self-serve solutions from existing or new content banks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and marketers, to create visually compelling and cohesive digital content.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align visual assets with campaign objectives and overall brand strategy.
- Project Management and Execution:
- Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and high standards of quality.
- Utilise project management tools to track progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain clear communication on deliverables and timelines.
- Optimization and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of digital assets across different channels and use data insights to refine design strategies and enhance engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to optimise visual content and improve user experience.
- Compliance and Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all design and content outputs comply with corporate branding guidelines and regulatory requirements across different markets.
Knowledge and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how visual design impacts user experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest digital design trends and apply them to create innovative visual content.
- Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Experience with video editing, animation, and interactive design.
- Figma design experience is preferable.
- Knowledge of data-driven design and content optimisation based on analytics.
